The Tattini jointed Pelham is a stainless steel leverage bit designed for riders looking for both precision and responsiveness. The jointed mouthpiece offers a softer contact compared to a solid bar, making it suitable for horses that are sensitive to pressure.
Traditionally used with double reins, allowing the rider to separate direct pressure from curb action. Alternatively, it can be fitted with a connector (curb strap) for single-rein use—more practical but less precise.
