Animalintex is a multilayered absorbent poultice and wound dressing all in one.
Animalintex draws the infection out of the wound and promotes effective healing.
It can be used as a hot poultice, cold poultice or dry dressing and is suitable for the treatment of infected wounds, open wounds, puncture wounds, corns, bruised soles, thrush, abscesses, laminitis, sand cracks and thorns.
The dressing contains boric acid BP, an active ingredient that promotes effective healing, plus gum tragacanth, a natural poultice agent that draws infection out of the wound.
