The 18 mm ergonomic mouthpiece features advanced tongue relief: flattened in the center for clearer contact, and cylindrical at the sides for comfortable stability on the bars. The Swivel system allows each side of the bit to move independently, making it ideal for fine-tuning lateral aids, improving straightness, and reducing one-sided stiffness.
