Prequalm is the syringe in gel paste designed to guarantee the horse, subject to anxieties and fears, a better tranquility and safety during the races and under stress. Formulated on the basis of the most recent phytotherapeutic discoveries, Prequalm uses all the beneficial effects of tryptophan, parthenon and magnesium.
When to use Prequalm: Prequalm is the right product for those who want to maintain the normal tranquility of the athlete horse. Prequalm has also proved to be an exceptional product in improving the concentration of the athlete horse in competitions. Prequalm has been used successfully in young horses during competitive activity, where restlessness occurs more frequently.
Components: Osmotized demineralized water; Glycerol; Leaves of Tanacetum Parthenium; Magnesium citrate; Fructose.
Properties of its elements: Prequalm contains a very high dosage of L-tryptophan, an amino acid that is transformed into serotonin in the body, also known as "the good humor hormone". L-tryptophan is also the precursor of melatonin, a substance that governs the relationship between sleep and wakefulness, generating serenity. The integration with tryptophan can, therefore, allow to intervene on the character of the animal. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, which means that the organism is not able to synthesize it autonomously: it can therefore be taken exclusively through nutrition and proper integration, as is done for many years in humans and, in particular, in child. Prequalm is absolutely not addictive: the experience carried out in the field in these years shows that the horse remains alert and attentive even if he is given high doses. Prequalm is added with magnesium, in the form of citrate, a salt completely soluble in water that allows a high bioavailability for the body.
Use and dose: Administer the entire Prequalm syringe at least 3 hours before a competition.
The product has never experienced adverse reactions. However, given the specificity of each individual organism it is always a good idea to test the new food products, gradually introducing them into the horse's diet to assess tolerance.
