Acavallo shaped gel rosettes are characterized by a concave shape (curved inwards) on the inner surface and a convex shape (curved outwards) on the outer surface.
These protections eliminate the risk of rubbing on the external corners of the mouth, maintaining the free mobility of the bit and the natural chewing of the horse. The special gel, once attached to the bite, keeps the rosettes in their correct position, avoiding rotation or other unwanted movements.
